It's rare to meet and work with someone you feel comfortable with and can trust right off the bat. We were incredibly lucky to have met Adam randomly at an open house, where he offered to help us get started on our plan to first sell our condo. Adam is truly one of the hardest working realtors out there and that is coming from my husband who used to be a realtor. He was always available and very quick to respond to all parties, which was crucial as we know how fast things can move in real estate. Most importantly, he was never pushy with his recommendations, but rather provided us with valuable real estate advice that ended up saving us money and getting us the house we wanted. He was accurate in his assessment of the price we should list our condo in order to obtain a quick buyer as well as helpful with negotiation/buying strategies to get the home we wanted. Thanks to Adam's expertise on staging and photography, we sold our condo after our very 1st showing. He then quickly dropped everything to schedule us showings in multiple Chicago suburbs that were not close to each other. On top of selling, buying, and moving, our lives were further complicated with my pregnancy, and yet Adam always reassured us and stayed on top of everything to guide us through our most challenging and stressful times. We would highly recommend Adam to our friends and family and wish him all the success he deserves in real estate!
